Yes, that's my real name! I'll go ahead and answer the first question people always ask me. And yes, I'm a native Floridian, and no, my parents weren't on drugs when they named me!

I was born on Islamorada, in the Florida Keys, but grew up in the decidedly non-tropical suburbs of Washington, DC. I enjoyed a varied and interesting early career as an airline training administrator, event planner, and real estate office manager. I moved with my family to Florida in 2003, I love it here- with a name like Sunshine, how could I live anywhere else?

In 2000, I discovered e-commerce and have spent over 10 years managing eBay stores, both for my own business and for a variety of corporate and nonprofit clients. In 2011 I joined Internet Performance Group in Longwood, Florida as an Internet Marketing Consultant focusing on content strategy and social media. My passion is using the power of social media and effective web copywriting to spread the word about the great businesses I work with.
